This page lists everything the browser edition is built from, under which licence, and where the source is. Back to Voice Studio
The browser edition bundles eSpeak NG, which is licensed GPL-3.0-or-later. The code of this edition is therefore distributed under the GNU GPL version 3 or later. The unminified source files and the build script are here:

The files under vendor/ are the build output of those sources plus the packages below.
